Delicious “mee shake” loaded with perfectly sliced pork, wontons, halved shrimp, pork cracklings, fried shallots and these very filling thick noodles... all swimming together in an intensely flavorful shrimp head broth. This 100 years old recipe has been passed down for 4 generations, and is definitely a place not to be missed while exploring Phuket’s old town. Also, you can opt for the dried version (soup on the side) with a slightly thinner noodle and sweet soy sauce which is equally delicious.
